  • Health starts with the inside, so focus on a positive attitude first!
  • Get fit by doing something you love.  Do it because you want to…not because it’s trendy.
  • Eat healthy, but understand the splurging is ok.  Everything in moderation.
  • Read health magazines that offer a well-rounded approach to staying fit.
  • Get 30 minutes 3x/week in of cardio (such as jogging, biking, hiking, etc.)
  • Find a workout partner who can keep you accountable and who motivates you to do your best!
